1. TEMPORARY MARITIME DAY / 300 NAPA STREET (MUP/TUP 12-129)

PROJECT: A Minor Use Permit to allow a temporary use permit for a Maritime Day event and temporary tent structure to be located within the Galilee Harbor property at 300 Napa Street, on August 4, 2012 (APN: 064-082-01 and 064-082-05).
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with Conditions

2. DARIO’S RESTAURANT / 2829 BRIDGEWAY (MUP/SDEP 12-114)

2829 Bridgeway, LLC. (Owner)
PROJECT: A Minor Use Permit to allow an outdoor dining area with five tables and twenty seats, a fountain and herb garden in front of Dario’s restaurant; and a Sidewalk Dining Encroachment Permit to allow the outdoor dining area to be located in the public right-of-way at 2829 Bridgeway.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve with Conditions

Any decision of the Zoning Administrator may be appealed by filing an appeal form and the required appeal fee with the Community Development Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the decision. If you challenge a decision of the Zoning Administrator in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or on appeal to the City Council.
