Every six months, Council and members of the management team meet with a facilitator to review Council's three year goals (2008-2011). This document is a product of the group's strategic planning and includes the following:

In addition, the group brainstorm lists of:

  • What's Going Well with the City
  • What's Not Going as Well with the City
  • External Factors that will have a positive impact on the City
  • External factors that will have a negative impact on the City
