Halloween in the Rain?
With the upcoming weather systems coming to the Bay Area we may have rain on Halloween, but we are not going to let that stop us. Heavy rain will cancel the parade but we will go if it is a light rain or mist. Trick or Treat lane will be moved to the bottom story of City Hall with the entrance off the Patio. The Haunted House will definitely happen as planned, with the line indoors on the main floor. Please use the stairs outdoors or the elevator to access the main floor where the line will be. The stairs inside will be closed. Unfortunately the Dog Costume Contest will not be happening if it rains so please leave all pooches at home as it will be crowed at City Hall and we do not want Fido to eat too much candy or get stepped on. The Firefighter's BBQ will still happen rain or shine, but please check back in case things change. If any of the festivities are changed or cancelled it will be posted on this Website. So keep checking back for more info.
