The Planning Commission may, at its discretion, consider agenda items out of the order in which they are listed. DESCRIPTION: Approval of a Minor Use Permit to allow: a temporary tent to accommodate a boat yard, temporary fundraising events, and a temporary visitor center for up to two years to facilitate the construction of a boat.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve, with conditions
2. SPRINT WIRELESS / RODEO AND HIGHWAY 101 (CUP/DR 97-03)

DESCRIPTION: amendments to an existing Design Review Permit and Conditional Use Permit (CUP/DR 97-03) to replace three antennas and associated equipment on an existing PG&E utility pole and add equipment cabinets in an existing underground vault within an existing lease area at an existing wireless communications facility at Rodeo and Highway 101 within a portion of California Department of Transportation Highway 101 right-of-way.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve, with conditions

ADJOURNMENT -- Not later than 10:00 p.m.
APPEALS: Any decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed by filing an appeal form and the required appeal fee with the Community Development Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the decision. If you challenge a decision of the Planning Commission in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or on appeal to the City Council.
