3. MARITIME DAY SPECIAL EVENT / 300 NAPA STREET MINOR USE PERMIT/TEMPORARY USE PERMIT (MUP 14-142)

PROJECT: Minor Use Permit to allow a Temporary Event for a Maritime Day event including activities such as boatbuilding demonstrations, floating home and dock tours, a flea market, art exhibits and live music. The event will take place within the Galilee Harbor property at 300 Napa Street (APN 064-082-01), on Saturday August 2, 2014.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve, subject to conditions

APPEALS: Any decision of the Zoning Administrator may be appealed by filing an appeal form and the required appeal fee with the Community Development Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the decision. If you challenge a decision of the Zoning Administrator in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or on appeal to the City Council.

Staff reports are also available at the Community Development Department at City Hall during normal business hours and at the Zoning Administrator meeting. Materials related to an item on this agenda which are submitted after the distribution of the agenda packet are available for public review at the Community Development Department during normal business hours, at the Zoning Administrator meeting, and at the City’s website (subject to staff’s ability to post the documents prior to the meeting).
