Are you a Sausalito resident, currently unable to visit the library on your own and would like to have a volunteer deliver books, movies or music CDs to your home? Or, are you interested in becoming a volunteer and providing a valuable service to our community?
We accept applications on an ongoing basis from residents requesting service and volunteers who are passionate about lifelong learning and engaging with others for our home delivery program.
To volunteer, you will need to complete an application, interview with the program coordinator and present a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.

To request home delivery service, you need to be Sausalito resident, unable to visit the library independently and willing to have a volunteer visit your home. You will also need to complete an application for the program and have a valid MARINet library card to check out library materials. The program coordinator can establish a new card or update an old one on the first visit.
