The Planning Commission may, at its discretion, consider agenda items out of the order in which they are listed. The public may comment on any item on the agenda that has not previously been subject to public comment. DESCRIPTION: Design Review Permit and Encroachment Agreement to allow for exterior modifications, including, but not limited to the removal of an existing trellis and installation of new awnings within the public right-of-way abutting the Bank of America building at 750 Bridgeway.
RECOMMENDATION: Continue to July 25, 2012
2. PATTERSON APPEAL/ 2 CANTO GAL ROAD & 77 WOLFBACK RIDGE ROAD (MUP 12-123)

DESCRIPTION: Appeal of a Zoning Administrator decision denying without prejudice, a Minor Use Permit to allow the temporary storage containers, a construction trailer, and miscellaneous building materials at 77 Wolfback Ridge Road- Lot 4 (APN 200-310-12) and 2 Canto Gal Road- Lot 5 (APN 200-310-13) within the Wolfback Estates Subdivision.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny the appeal
3. SUNSAIL APPEAL/501 HUMBOLDT DRIVE (CDD 12-140)
Modern Sailing School and Club (Appellant)
DESCRIPTION: Appeal of an administrative decision to approve an Occupational Use Permit which allows Sunsail, a boat charter and sailing school, to operate at the Sausalito Yacht Harbor within the Waterfront (W) Zoning District.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny the appeal

APPEALS: Any decision of the Planning Commission may be appealed by filing an appeal form and the required appeal fee with the Community Development Department within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the decision. If you challenge a decision of the Planning Commission in court you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the hearing or on appeal to the City Council.
